While Bulgaria was under a communist regime, pastor Mitko was arrested many times and persecuted for his faith. In 1989, he and his wife, Albena, founded an underground church. With signs and wonders following, their ministry is a part of Global Celebration under Georgian and Winnie Banov.
They carry a rich revelatory anointing,opening hidden treasures from the Word and moving strongly in the prophetic for the motivation and edification of the Body of Christ.They are senior pastors of the largest River Church in Bulgaria.
